納米顏料原液著色聚乳酸纖維的制備和性能研究

摘要:為解決聚乳酸纖維采用常規染色工藝存在上染率低、易損傷其物理性能問題,通過使用色母粒原液著色法和納米顏料進行原液著色,改善聚乳酸纖維染色淺、染色后性能差的問題;對比分析了普通分散劑和超分散劑對納米顏料用于原液著色纖維的著色效果和力學性能、耐熱遷移性的影響。結果表明:采用原液著色工藝著色的聚乳酸纖維色彩鮮艷、強伸性能較好;添加普通分散劑分散的納米顏料粒徑為微米級,最小約為5 μm,著色纖維強伸性能損失約為10%,略優于常規染色工藝,但纖維耐熱遷移性差,不利于后續加工;添加超分散劑分散的粒徑為納米級,著色纖維強伸性能損失不大于1%,且纖維耐熱遷移性好,能夠在加工和后處理中保持顏色穩定。

Preparation and Properties of Polylactic Acid Fiber Dyed with Nano Pigment

Abstract:To solve the problems of low dyeing rate and easy damage to physical properties of polylactic acid fiber by conventional dyeing process,the problems of light dyeing and poor dyeing performance of polylactic acid fiber are improved by using the dope dyeing method of masterbatch and nano pigment.The effects of common dispersant and super dispersant on the dyeing effect,mechanical properties and heat resistance migration of nano pigment used in dope dyeing fiber are compared and analyzed.The results show that the polylactic acid fiber dyed by dope dyeing has bright color and good strength and elongation.The dispersed particle size of nano pigment by common dispersant is micron size,and the minimum size is about 5 μm,and the loss of strength and elongation of dyed fiber is about 10%,which is slightly better than that of conventional dyeing process.But the heat resistance migration of fiber is poor,which is not conducive to subsequent processing.The dispersed particle size of super dispersant is nanoscale,and the loss of strength and elongation of dyed fiber is not more than 1%,and the fiber has good heat resistance migration,which can maintain color stability in processing and post-treatment.ZHANG Shuai,ZENG Yongchun,WANG Jun
