摘要:為了減小錠間搖架壓力差異、提高紡紗質量,為搖架新產品研發及紡紗用戶搖架選型提供參考,介紹搖架握持機構的作用及性能要求,對比分析搖架夾簧握持、塑膠塊握持和自鎖握持典型機構特點及性能差異,著重從搖架機構三線平行度、上羅拉膠輥兩錠間壓力平衡、握持可靠性、裝卸便利性等對三種典型搖架機構進行探討。指出:自鎖握持型機構三線平行度好、兩錠間壓力穩定且差異小,對上羅拉膠輥握持可靠性高且裝卸便利性好,有利于延長膠輥軸承壽命,是更為理想的上羅拉膠輥握持型式。

Performance Comparison of Three Typical Gripping Mechanisms of Cradle

Abstract:In order to reduce the difference of cradle pressure between spindles and improve the spinning quality,and provide reference for the development of new cradle products and the selection of cradle for spinning users,the function and performance requirements of the cradle gripping mechanism are introduced.The characteristics and performance differences of typical mechanisms of cradle clip spring gripping,plastic block gripping and self-locking gripping are compared and analyzed.Three typical cradle mechanisms are mainly discussed from the three-line parallelism of cradle mechanism,the pressure balance between two spindles of top roller,the reliability of gripping and the convenience of loading and unloading.It is pointed out that the self-locking gripping mechanism has good three-line parallelism,the pressure between the two spindles is stable and the difference is small,and it has high gripping reliability for top roller and convenient loading and unloading.It is beneficial to prolong the service life of cot bearing and it is a more ideal gripping type of top roller.YU Hongtua,b
